When people are angry why do they tend to do everything in an agressive way? It’s like, yeah you’re “letting everything out” but what is there to even let out?

I still don't understand it.
People that take pictures of themselves, showing off some part of their body. Like, lifting their shirt to show off a six pack, or a bellybutton piercing.
